We offer system support services divided into two main categories: project-oriented services and service-oriented services, which vary based on the level of continuity and impact required by the client. Project-oriented services focus on achieving specific objectives within a strictly defined timeframe and resource allocation.

This type of support can be provided either through direct resource allocation or via a pre-agreed plan. The support is structured into two levels:
- First Level: Covers technical activities such as system health assessment, verification of system parameters, performance optimization, and security evaluation through audits.
- Second Level: Focuses on specialized support for infrastructure transformation, including architecture design, system or data migration, upgrades, and defining backup and recovery strategies.
Service-oriented services are continuous and customized based on the client’s objectives, divided into three levels of support:
- First Level, defined as reactive, provides incident management and resolution activities, along with systematic administration responsibilities and support for end users and development teams.
- Second Level focuses on daily maintenance activities, such as monitoring physical and logical resources, overseeing backup processes, and managing virtual environments.
- Third Level represents a proactive service aimed at preventing potential performance degradation issues that cannot be detected using basic administrative tools, requiring a high level of technical expertise.
Finally, we also integrate complementary activities in areas such as cybersecurity, network administration, database management (DBA), and automation, collaborating with other teams and professionals to develop customized solutions.
